The Dr Dukan Diet - Is It The Answer To Your Weight Loss Problems?

Also, because this diet does not require anyone to count calories or exercise it seems like an easy answer to a weight loss problem.

Why This Diet Won't Work

Unfortunately this diet fails to place an emphasis on exercise and the right type of workouts that burn fat. Although in the Dukan Diet one recommendation is to take short walks for fat loss the truth is that this will not be enough to lose fat.
