Baked pasta

Dukan Diet Recipes Baked PastaBaked pasta

Seriously... cooked pasta, a Dukan diet recipe?  A diet?  If you can find Shirataki noodles, you can have pasta.  And look, I would.  I just took this out of the oven, and I'm not sure I'll wait for Tom to go home.  I love tomatoes and all that lycopene is just screaming in good health.  And some lean protein and a little cheese... it is pretty close to reality for me.

BAKED PASTA

I didn't waitI did not wait

1 onion, chopped
3 sausages of Turkey, removed from the case or 1/2 pound ground sirloin
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 can 15 oz whole tomatoes
1 box 8 oz tomato sauce
1 14 oz can Basil and oregano diced tomatoes, drained
2 T tomato paste
1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
parsley dry t 1/2 or 1 T fresh, chopped
Shirataki 2 packages angel hair (link below to amazon.com if you can not find them locally!)
1/2 cup of free mozzarella cheese, part-skim or fat, grated
2 Cups grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes

Preheat the oven to 375 °. Smear a dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Add the onion and sausage in a pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook another minute. Add the tomato sauce and it works well.  Add the whole tomatoes and their juices, breaking up tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Add tomato sauce, Splenda, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the Pan from the heat. Stir in the tomatoes and of Basil and parsley.

Drain the noodles well. Let them cook for five minutes, drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add half of the sauce in a bowl with noodles. Stir to coat well. Pour the noodle mixture into the dish. Garnish with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375 ° for 20 to 25 minutes, until the bubbly and lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes.

Chicken and broccoli pasta

Chicken and Broccoli PastaChicken and broccoli pasta

Really, I wanted to pulp the other night and thought that I would find better a good and healthy to.  Hodgson Mill makes the best wheat whole egg pasta.  They taste very granular like other brands and I like the egg noodles.  I found mine at the regular grocery store and I found on Amazon.com too!  They are delicious!  If you are not in the building yet, just use Shirataki noodles or use the Spiralizer and make the zucchini noodles as we have in the last post!

1/2 cup whole egg noodles of wheat (Consolidation and stabilization) otherwise replacement Shirataki noodles
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
smoked paprika
salt and pepper
onion powder

Boil noodles as prepare you your chicken.  Sprinkle of smoked paprika, onion powder and salt and pepper on your chicken.  Fry the chicken in a pan at medium heat for 7-9 minutes each side or until completely cooked.  Add broccoli noodles in the last minutes of cooking time.  Drain, reserving some fluid of cooking.  Remove the chicken from the Pan and he chop rough.  Add noodles, broccoli and chicken in the hot pan and stir.  You have to use the noodle cooking liquid to add moisture to the dish.  I used about half a Cup.

Pasta With Chicken, Garlic and Chili

Posted January 18, 2012 By Janice Pasta With Chicken, Garlic and Chili

Oh, I was really craving pasta last night.  And I was trying so hard to have a PP day.  So, here it is.   A completely satisfying pasta dish, with no vegetables!  I used to love this dish, all covered with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and massive amounts of garlic, Olio e Aglio.  Well, this wasn’t full of all those calories and was just as satisfying!  Buon Appetito!!

PASTA WITH CHICKEN, GARLIC AND CHILI

4 chicken tenders
1/4 t garlic powder
3 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
red pepper flakes
cooking spray
1 7 oz package of Shirataki noodles, well rinsed and dried

Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in hot skillet sprayed with a bit of cooking spray. Brown each side of the skillet for 2 minutes and turn down the heat. Add the garlic and brown it for 1 minute. Add the noodles and give them a good spray of cooking spray. Season them with salt and red pepper flakes. Continue to cook until chicken is fully cooked and noodles are warmed through, about 3 more minutes.
