Simple, very few ingredients and incredibly tasty. The perfect recipe for day of pure protein. I could have eaten this all day, I have just not enough!
TIGHT ASIAN CHICKEN
8 chicken tenders or boneless and Skinless, boneless chicken thighs
3 T balsamic vinegar
T 3 of low sodium soy sauce
1 t sugar or (2 T brown sugar blend Splenda or 3 T honey Consolidation)
2 t red pepper paste
In a pan with a little cooking spray, Brown both sides of your chicken. Chicken legs should probably bake for 5 minutes a side, the offers of chicken for about 3. While you're so, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, or until it thickens. After your chicken has browned, add sauce to the Pan and cook for a further 5-10 minutes for the thighs, 5-7 minutes for calls for tenders, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Voila. It's simple!
