Dukan Diet - Enjoy The Cruise Phase And Lose Weight


The Dukan diet is proving very popular and has helped millions to lose weight and successfully keep it off.

Exercise is an important part of this diet. However this will probably not prove too taxing as you are only recommended to walk briskly for twenty minutes per day in the attack phase (first phase), and then thirty minutes per day in the cruise phase (second phase).

During the attack phase you will probably feel quite tired as your body adapts to a new diet and twenty minutes walking per day will seem enough.

Cruise Phase Enjoyment

However once you reach the cruise phase you will be able to add some vegetables every other day and you will be getting use to the diet more.

The cruise phase advises you to walk briskly for thirty minutes per day. If you enjoyed exercise and sport before you started the diet, you will feel more like taking part in these activities again during the cruise phase.

The cruise phase is a more enjoyable phase because you will have the feeling of achievement from losing weight in the attack phase and now you have a list of vegetables that you can add to your diet every other day.

You will feel more energetic and as you lose weight it may be psychological but even, just a few pounds seems to make me feel as if walking up the stairs and doing those routine sort of things seems that bit easier.

With your extra energy as I mentioned above you will be able to take part in your favourite activities again.

If you enjoy swimming, you will find that you can swim a bit further than before, the same goes for jogging and cycling.

This will in turn help you to lose some more weight.

It becomes a virtuous circle. You lose some weight, so you can exercise for a longer period of time, then you lose even more weight and exercise for even longer.

This is a great feeling. You are losing weight each week and getting fitter at the same time.

The cruise phase of this diet is recommended to last until you reach your desired weight. If you are enjoying this phase you may stay on it for longer than you initially expected.
