High protein diet foods


One of the greatest weight loss trends of the last few years used the diet protein. Some of these diets have become extremely successful Atkins, zone diet, Dukan diet, and are just a few of the better-known.

What are the more common protein diet foods that can find in the menu one of these plans?

The emphasis is usually more lean sources of protein, those which contain a lot of fat. Foods that can be expected in the menu of food proteins include:
Eggs
Breast of chicken
Whey protein
Low fat dairy products
Turkey
Pieces of lean meat
Some of the fish

It should be noted that soy is also a source of protein, but some diet plans eating it is not a lawyer. Nuts, almonds, and seeds are also rich in protein, but also contains a lot of fat (good fat) and, therefore, they may also be less recommended that food proteins.

Menu diet protein is usually a low-carbohydrate, so it is not likely that you'll find the bread, pasta, rice, and so on as part of the recommended foods. Most diet plans are calling for with 30%-50% of their consumption of calories from protein daliy. It is always not recommended health wise as there are risks. These risks include:

1. the lack of a balanced diet as the basic nutrients are Cut in favor of more protein.

2. Kidney problems such as kidney failure, need to work on processing all the protein you eat and it can place a huge burden on them.

So why is the increase in the consumption of protein recommended so many diet plans?

The reason is that this can lead to a loss of weight, pure and simple. A protein may be beneficial on fat loss for several reasons:

1. helps to keep you full and reduce hunger. That is why many programs recommend including a protein food in the breakfast.

2. Protein provides a short metabolic boost body needs to use a lot of energy to digest it all.

Because there are risks, but is important, don't matter. High protein diet should not serve, if it is extreme and prescribes the unbalance eating plan. You can consult a doctor about such a plan before it.

Be sure to eat protein, but do not fall into the trap of eating too many of them.
