New French diet and Why the French stay thin

There are several ideas that I suggest why the French to stay thin, while their American counterparts as a whole is fatter and less healthy.

First, and perhaps most of the control of the American public is available for American food. If you've ever seen the movie, "food, Inc." you will learn that the system of food in the United States is incorrect. Chickens and cows are accompanied and pumped with hormones and food, which are not naturally inclined to eat simply so that the food industry can produce more food, and faster.

More chicks with large boobs and cows with the highest fat content in the shortest time possible is the goal.  The diet of these higher fat and laden with hormone food does not help the waistline. Food produced in the u.s. is not generally organic, is full of chemicals, synthetic, pesticides, hormones and other things for the people of fat and not properly digested by the human body.

In France, and most countries around the world, they don't have this problem. Most of the food grown is organic and natural and is not full of added hormones, pesticides, and synthetic or genetically modified ingredients. The Absence of these elements helps French stay thin.

In the second part of the control is something to consider. Although the French eat croissants and wine and cheese and chocolate-they eat the amount or size of the part, that their US counterparts generally consume. The difference in size between the Croissant in France and in the shop or bakery in the United States is quite another. The French are known to avoid, snacks, but thoroughly their food in time. Are not on a diet, eat simply, quality, rich food in their food and doesn't eat fake bars and empty calories throughout the day. This diet along with some physical activity alone can be great for health and figure.

However, not all French people are naturally inclined to eat small portions, and many even wake up thin and stay thin for life. Whether it's age to catch up, or something else-also many French people want to lose weight. Best kept secret French diet was developed about three decades ago, a French doctor Pierre Dukan.
