Thai Green chicken

Disease of chicken yet?  It is clear that I am not.  I was eating chicken at least 5 nights a week lately and I am in love every night even more.  This dish was sweet and tasty.  I am in love with turmeric now.  And it's great for you.  Can help in the fight against certain cancers and even, they seek to know if it can help with Alzheimer's disease.  In any case, hope you enjoyed the visit of cooking chicken that we have in the world.  The latter was a to make again.  Whenever I have the chance!

THAI CHICKEN GREEN

2 cups coriander, chopped
1 jalapeno, rough cut
chopped 4 cloves garlic, raw
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of water
1 onion, chopped
8 chicken thighs boneless and Skinless, boneless, cut into cubes
1 1/2 t turmeric
1/2 t cinnamon
2 T fat free cream cheese
1 T or 1/2 Splenda t honey

Mix the first 5 ingredients and set aside.  In a skillet, sauté the onion in a little cooking spray, about 5 minutes.  Combine the turmeric and cinnamon and mix the chicken in spices.  Add the chicken to the Pan and cook for 5 minutes.  Add the coriander mixture, cheese cream and sweetener.  Simmer about 15 minutes.
