Fashion diets


First, one of them we're all on the same page, that's what we're talking about. What is a Fad Diet?

Define it as follows: a fad diet is one that is temporarily popular and promises of weight loss (often substantial) using other methods than a healthy balance between the exercise and the reduction of calories.

We've all heard of a lot of trendy diets, right? Do you remember "the diet of Beverly Hills"? "Scarsdale diet"? "Cabbage Soup diet"? "Blood type diet"?

In fact, many trendy diets are still around. It disappears for a moment, then Hollywood Star showcases a new, streamlined body and gives credit to one or the other FADS of the past, and we'll go with it again.

Then they are new or renewed who jumped into the train. In fact, this year, are a diet "plans" touted for a while a brand new (or at least the new current generation) to our ears. Have you heard about:

• Increased HCG diet, in which hormonal injections and eat 500-700 calories a day. Promise that you will lose weight. But, come on! If you only eat 500-700 calories a day, you might as well as Skip injections (or base the fairy dust). Are you going to loss weight ... an injection or not. And how poorly you!

• Paleo diet. You don't want to eat like a caveman? Root vegetables, spices, fruit, nuts, shellfish, eggs. Oh go through the mouse, please?

• Cleaning and Detox diet should get rid of body toxins and prevent the accumulation of fecal material in the intestine. (Proponents of clean, Elvis had 60 pounds of hardened stool in my gut when he died. I wonder why gastroenterologu, who may hold the tube in your mouth and where they can bind shoes, never documented these wonders?)

• The Dukan diet in which you cut from the whole group of food and then slowly add them back into your diet. (Watch out for this one. It's good enough for the mother, Kate Middleton, who married Prince William ... There must be good enough for all of us, right?)

There are dozens and dozens of others, that we could explore, but is not necessary. One way, and only lose weight and balance the calories in calories out.

Healthy weight loss is slow, (as well as pounds accumulated slowly). But as soon as you lose weight, you will keep because you changed your lifestyle, with regard to eating habits.

Will be grateful, if you see quick results and when you pass your method along in your family also can live life after excessive weight and type of losing it.
