Diet - not even fit for the Duke Dukan


Thanks to a few words of Prince William bride, Kate Middleton, is the Dukan diet the latest diet craze. Claiming that five dress sizes on that diet, have lost, must it be so the right answer? Well, Yes, in a way. How many diets these works a. But, like all diets, is this one last but not least is still healthy. Diets fail because they never are something you can or should be retained forever. That is why it is called "Diet". The worst is, respects the Dukan diet on nutrition absolutely! Let you talk for a minute with the hope that I "overtake" can convince you to this wave of diets, as it comes rolling through our lives. It crashes into the sea enough early.

Too much meat - Oooof!

The Dukan diet is popular because it allows you to eat as much as you want all food from a particular list. The list of protein-rich food (meat) and bran, foods that you are full fast. With chicken stuffing the belly is not a good idea. Meat contains absolutely no fiber, therefore it is housed in the digestive tract until it moves you some fibers until things give along. With this diet, you need an unusual amount of fiber digestion easier. In the Dukan diet book warns of the creator of this diet that you will probably suffer from bad breath, constipation and indigestion. I'll just give it you: If you have bad breath, it means that it is rotten food in your digestive system. Bad gas? The same thing. A healthy, balanced diet, on the other hand, has no side effects and makes you feel great and very energized by the get-go.

No love for nutrients

The worst part about the Dukan diet for me is that it ignores the proper diet all together. People should take off it, in any form required. This supposedly intelligent "French doctor" allows us to a diet rich in saturated fat and cholesterol, with absolutely no fiber food. He ignores the fact that nutrients of the fuel, which the body is to survive. Protein and carbohydrates are secondary. Without nutrients, we become vulnerable undernourished and all sorts of diseases. This is the advice that make no doubt really intelligent doctors and nutritionists is very angry!

You deserve something better

You mention the fact that this diet has worked several attractive, famous women. You are blocked! Deep below bet I, that you have an intuitive feeling, that it is more to be as healthy. Honor this feeling, because your subconscious mind speakers is. Never healthy use of checklists be included and "1 of, but only 2 eat this" approaches. Learn more about proper nutrition, which you will find that you consume large quantities of fruit and vegetables and can feel fed up after every meal. Monitor body fat fall out easily to normal as you and of course back body weight, and feel more energy and mentally sharp, than you ever have.
