Dukan diet plan compared to every other day diet - what is better?

In this short article I would like two popular weight loss plans compare: the Dukan diet plan and that every other day diet (known as the EODD diet for short). I hope that by the end this can article you decide which of these plans is right for you...

Price

The Dukan diet book is that it is a little more cost cheaper than every other day offers diet, but latter different bonuses and online support is only reasonable.

Eating plan

The Dukan diet is a high protein weight loss plan. During the early stages of the food you have many all protein days. The program is very restrictive, since it takes a while until you can eat things like bread, pasta and other tasty food again. If you are the kind of person, the carbs on a regular basis, you will find the Dukan diet plan extremely restrictive and hard to stay. This must not continue for the rest of your life, as long as to lose the excess weight to you but it takes some time to achieve.

The EODD diet is much less restrictive. The food gets its name fron the diet plan uses: in one day, you need high protein food, high fiber foods, but you can eat virtually anything you want including bread, pizza and so on. Of course, you don need to do this, in moderation, you can not even stupid things, but you can still enjoy every second day.

Results

There are good results with both plans. The Dukan diet is very large in France, that's where it originated. Every other day diet was of many men and women from all over the world used and also results produced for many people.

How to choose

You're OK with the food go on an almost all protein plan (and later protein and vegetables) work the Dukan diet for you. If not, then it may way for you and every other day diet plan too narrowly is likely a better choice for you at the moment use.
