Dukan diet review


Since the release of the Dukan diet in the United Kingdom has it very much and writing on this current diet plan. More than 10 years ago, Dr. Pierre Dukan was created by the French nutritionist.

The original idea for the Dukan diet came when a friend asked the doctor to help, to lose weight. The problem was that his friend loved meat and a diet that allowed him, wanted to continue his favorite food. Apparently the weight to lose was phenomenal in a short time and the guy lost 10 pounds.

Like you through the stages progress adding more food to the allowable menu.

The four phases, attack, cruise, stabilization and consolidation is to get you up to your target weight and then you there to keep.

The problem with a diet like this with its strict restrictions on what you can eat prove monotonous. The pure protein diet can lead to excessive flatulence and fatigue in the attack phase. It will take a lot of willpower, to the requirements of the attack phase for a week or 10 days. Even though in the cruise phase days move of alternative protein only and protein with vegetables it does require a great deal of willpower.

This could be the answer for anyone who needs to lose a large amount of weight, but it can be recommended for those who want to lose a few pounds jut. A gentle approach, such as the Mediterranean diet would be more acceptable to most people.

If you choose for the Dukan should remember diet that will help your weight loss, if you are 20 minutes walking or Aerobics exercise period schedule. It is also important, while following this diet to make sure that you drink enough water, as much as 3 litres per day, during the attack phase.
