The Dukan diet "attacked" phase


The Dukan diet is the French diet community created a storm in the diet. It is there for more than 10 years in France and was recently "imported" in the UK and the United States, where many dieters, previously unsuccessful it take their attempts at traditional low fat diets, slim, like ducks, water.

Diet consists of four phases, and rather than browse all four of them here, I'm only the first phase - is that in this article. The amount of time you stay on depends on how much weight you have to lose. Here is a rough guideline:

• less than 10 lb - one day;

• less than 20 lb - three days;

• 20-40 lb - five days;

• more than 40 lb - 7 to 10 days

There are 72 different foods, in the first phase and you choose a complete list of get diet book from them in the Dukan. It is emphasized by Dr. Dukan that you need to, keep the diet not a bite your lips should pass a forbidden food during this first phase, otherwise you can start again! Here is a list of the most important foods that you may:

• Lean beef

• Veal

• Offal

• Chicken

• Turkey

• Lean ham

• All, including fatty fish fish

• Seafood

• Up to two eggs per day

• Non-fat natural and flavored yogurt, but not yogurt with fruit

• Non-fat fromage frais

• Quark

• Cottage cheese

• Skim milk

You have also 1.5 tablespoons of oat bran food every day. This serves two purposes. First of all, fills it how it swells up to 25 times its original size in your stomach. Secondly, oat bran has enormous health benefits, it lowers cholesterol, leads to better and heart healthy intestinal health.

During the attack phase, sweeteners, vinegar, spices, herbs, garlic, onions, cucumbers, pickled onions, lemon juice on food, mustard and salt (in moderation), sugar-free natural ketchup in masses and sugar-free gum are permitted. This should be up to jazz help things a bit, if you it is hard - but remember, it's only for a short time, and then you are on the "cruise"-phase.

Exercise is "unverhandelbare" and you will get quickly for 20 minutes a day on foot, and you are also invited, drink 1.5 litres of water. Enjoy coffee, tea and diet drinks in this sum.

My conclusion: hard when you pay not to reduce on your carbohydrates, but it accustomed. It will kick-start your metabolism and make you feel great!
