Dukan diet


Losing weight is almost always difficult. A person a diet must be extremely devoted to and be sure to choose one, that he or she can follow to be successful.

Created by Pierre Dukan, which began in Dukan diet in France and is known as the French diet. However, it becomes gradually more common in other countries. Famous celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez and Gisele Bundchen had success with this diet. The Dukin diet is a high protein diet, which may not be for everyone.

The Dukan diet works in four phases. The first phase of the diet requires to eat the Dieter only protein for several days. The most common sources of protein are in meat such as chicken, beef, seafood, fish and veal. Dairy products and eggs are also protein. This is the attack phase and lasts for one to 10 days depending on the desired weight loss referred to.

This diet is not the best program for vegetarians and vegans because of high protein content. Vegetarians have no set of resources for protein, because they are based on dairy products and eggs for your protein. If it was based not meat, you can tofu. This makes meal variations limited makes it more difficult to be successful. Because they can eat also milk or eggs not this diet is pretty much out for vegans.

Phase two is the cruise. Every other day can be added at this stage vegetables. One day all is protein and protein and vegetables is the next day. This phase is easier, but still a challenge. Once all excess weight lost is about, it's time to go in the next phase over.

The most important phase is known the third as a phase of consolidation. If the Dieter begins to eat but not gaining weight back to normal. With this phase bread, fruit and pasta can be added to the diet. Also everything can be two meals a week that like the Dieter as long as it is practical.

The most serious are the first and second phase of this diet follow. If a person can pass part of the diet and is dedicated to he or she can achieve success.
